Together with Hermes’s flagship stores in the United States, the Client Relations team manages all content and operations for Hermes.com and responds to customers’ phone calls and emails about the company’s products and services.
What We Can Do With This Chance:
By acting as the initial point of contact through phone and email for customers of Hermes.com and the flagship boutique, you will be contributing to the overall strategy of the eCommerce department. In all encounters with clients, the Coordinator provides exceptional service.
A Note on the Position:
- Respond to queries by phone and email using polished verbal and writing communication skills.
- Present and use product expertise while talking about the Hermès brand and its principles.
- Maintain constant communication with customers and promptly address their concerns, questions, and concerns.
- React to voicemails from customers.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and place new ones using the internet
- Processing, following up on, and resolving e-commerce order tracking and delivery concerns with FedEx
- Keep all information secure and confidential per corporate policy.
- Maintain compliance with all Hermès policies and procedures that pertain to your position.
- Maintain consistently high standards for customer service in all interactions.
- Everything else that the supervisor asks of you
This Is You:
- Service on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Prior work experience in a contact centre and/or customer service setting is preferred.
- Strong aptitude for making the right decisions
- Superb focus on detail
- Competence in verbal and writing communication as well as demonstrated multitasking abilities are required.
- Familiarity with both Excel and Word on a professional level
- Understanding French is an asset.
